Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
baking chips, optional

1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs.
3.) Stir in baking chips.
4.) Bake for 8 minutes.


3-Ingredient Funfetti Cookies


1 box funfetti cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil

1.) Preheat oven 375 degrees.
2.) Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Make sure coconut oil is in liquid form.
3.) Roll dough into small balls about a quarter in diameter.
4.) Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 6-7 minutes.

Easy Banana Cheesecake

Store bought graham cracker pie crust
12 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1.5 eggs
2 brown mashed bananas
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Beat cream cheese until creamy.
3.) Beat in sugar and cornstarch.
4.) Beat in one egg.
5.) Crack second egg in small dish, whisk together, and pour half into cream cheese batter.
6.) Beat in mashed bananas, whipping cream, and vanilla.
7.) Pour batter into pie crust.
8.) Place pie pan onto cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
9.) Decrease oven temperature to 200 and bake for additional 70-75 minutes.
10.) Let pie cool and then place into fridge for 4+ hours, uncovered.

Lasagna Cups

24 square won ton wrappers
8-12 oz ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1.5-2 cups pasta sauce
1 tsp oregano

1.) Preheat oven 375 degrees.
2.) Heat oil on skillet and saute beef and onion. Add oregano and pepper.
3.) Add garlic to mixture.
4.) Add desired amount of pasta sauce.
5.) Line cupcake tin with won ton wrappers.
6.) Scoop tablespoons of mixture into won ton wrappers and sprinkle cheese on top.
7.) Add another layer of wrapper, mixture, and cheese.
8.) Bake for 10 minutes.

Chocolate Molasses Cookies

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup molasses
2 cups flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1.) Whisk together butter, brown sugar, 1/2 cup of the white sugar, and salt in large bowl.
2.) Whisk in egg, vanilla, and molasses.
3.) Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, ginger, and cayenne pepper in separate bowl.
4.) Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
5.) Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
6.) Scoop large balls of dough and roll in the remaining 1/2 cup of white sugar. Flatten dough balls into discs that are about 3/4 inch thick.
7.) Bake for 7 minutes and remove from oven. Use spatula to compress cookies so that they are dense.
8.) Let cool and serve.

Jack-O-Lantern Stuffed Peppers

2 orange bell peppers
1 cup white rice, cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup alfredo sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Slice off tops of peppers and remove insides. Carve in faces.
3.) Grease cookie sheet and bake peppers and tops for 20-25 minutes.
4.) Saute onion in olive oil on medium heat in large skillet.
5.) Add ground beef to skillet, raise heat, and cook until browned.
6.) Drain excess grease from skillet.
7.) Add rice, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, and spices to skillet. Combine.
8.) Serve skillet mixture inside bell peppers
