2 orange bell peppers
1 cup white rice, cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup alfredo sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Slice off tops of peppers and remove insides. Carve in faces.
3.) Grease cookie sheet and bake peppers and tops for 20-25 minutes.
4.) Saute onion in olive oil on medium heat in large skillet.
5.) Add ground beef to skillet, raise heat, and cook until browned.
6.) Drain excess grease from skillet.
7.) Add rice, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, and spices to skillet. Combine.
8.) Serve skillet mixture inside bell peppers
