1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Separate egg yolks from egg whites in two bowls, using as many eggs as desired.
3.) Whip egg whites with mixer until they resemble shaving cream and can hold their own shape.
4.) Scoop fluffs of egg white onto a greased cookie sheet.
5.) Press an indentation into the center of each egg white fluff and place an egg yolk on top.
6.) Add any seasonings and bake for about 5 minutes or until desired consistency.
