Glazed Snickerdoodle Muffins

for muffins
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 2/3 cups flour
1 cup milk

for glaze
3 tablespoons butter; melted
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons hot water

1.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line cupcake tin.
2.) Cream together butter, oil, and both sugars. Add eggs.
3.) Mix in baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
4.) Alternate mixing in flour and milk.
5.) Scoop batter into cupcake tin, filling cups 3/4 full.
6.) Bake for 15 minutes.
7.) For glaze, whisk together butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and hot water.
8.) Dip tops of cooled cupcakes into glaze batter. Let harden and repeat as many times as desired.
