2 cups uncooked shell pasta
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup medium or sharp cheddar cheese
salt to taste
garlic salt to taste
1.) Add pasta and milk to saucepan. Bring to simmer, then reduce to low. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently (don’t let milk boil).
2.) Turn off heat, stir in cheese and salts.
3.) Cover and let sit for a few minutes.
4.) Stir and serve.
