Pumpkin Cheesecake

for crust
20 oreos
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

for pumpkin cheesecake
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt

whipped cream
mini chocolate chips

1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Line 8 inch round pan with foil. Spray with pam.
3.) Crush oreos in food processor. Mix in butter.
4.) Press oreo mixture into pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
5.) Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add pumpkin and eggs one at a time.
7.) Mix in vanilla, flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
8.) Pour filling into pan and bake for 40 minutes.
9.) Refrigerate with plastic wrap for 3 hours.
10.) Serve with whipped cream ghosts with mini chocolate chip eyes.
