Gluten Free Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:
for cookie dough
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup crisco
2 cups gluten free bisquick

for cinnamon-sugar mixture
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:
1.) Preheat oven 375 degrees.
2.) Mix eggs, 1 cup sugar, butter, and shortening in large bowl.
3.) Stir in bisquick until dough forms.
4.) Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
5.) Roll dough into small balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then place on cookie sheet.
6.) Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool, then serve.
