Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

2 cups rice flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
4 mashed bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.
3.) Whisk eggs, bananas, sugar, applesauce, oil, and vanilla in small bowl.
4.) Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
5.) Stir in chocolate chips.
6.) Spray 2 bread pans with pam and add batter.
7.) Bake for 45-50 minutes.
8.) Let cool and serve.
