Gluten-free Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 large egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:
1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2.) Whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in large bowl.
3.) Whisk in vanilla and egg whites (adding one at a time).
4.) Stir in chocolate chips.
5.) Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with pam.
6.) Spoon tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheet, leaving space for cookies to spread.
7.) Bake for 11 minutes. Let cool, then serve.
