Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:
2 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can plain ro-tel (10oz)
1 can black beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 cans chicken broth OR 2 cans water with 2 bouillon cubes
1 cup water
1 packet taco seasoning
Tortilla chips OR deep fried bits of flour tortilla
Other toppings (shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, etc.)

Steps:
1.) Put ro tel, beans, onion, chicken broth, water, and taco seasoning in a crock pot. Stir.
2.) Add the two frozen chicken breasts into the crockpot.
3.) Turn on the crockpot on high for 6 hours.
4.) Before you serve, remove the chicken, shred it with a fork, and place back in crockpot. Stir.
5.) Serve with tortilla chips on top or deep fried bits of flour tortilla (to do this, pour some oil
in a deep frying pan and place the bits of flour tortilla in it, once it gets hot). Place any toppings you desire on top.
